The RaySat T5-M includes specialized marine IDU offering control over the antenna's tracking system and satellite selection in order to provide the option of suspending rotation while docked or anchored for a quiet viewing experience.
The RaySat T5-M features a flat phased-array panels with a GPS and gyro-assisted mechanical tracking system. The built-in GPS and gyro are used for a fast and fully automatic satellite acquisition. High-speed satellite tracking technology supports communication at nearly unlimited speeds on the water (~100 Knots) . The RaySat T5-M can be configured with virtually any Ku band satellite to enable LIVE satellite TV from regional DTH/FTA services and real-time data transfer applications to fast-moving vessels.
